You probably haven’t noticed but I’ve not been posting from this substack for a while as I’ve been busy on deadline filing a third book with Wendy Mitchell. This book, working title ONE LAST THING, will be out next year, but in the meantime, I need something to keep me busy over the winter.
And that leads me onto my new substack, The Book Room.
I have migrated you all over there for now seeing as that is where I will be posting from. I do hope you’ll stay on as a subscriber – it’s still free! – and from there you will be able to follow my journey from author to bookstore owner. Or at least that’s the plan!
Here is a link to the first post from The Book Room this week announcing my new project.
I would love for as many of you as possible to support this lofty ambition of mine and help turn a simple newsletter into a bricks and mortar shop. It seems to me, with the state of the world as it is, there is no better time to support small and start-up businesses that want to enhance their communities be that locally or online, and over the next few weeks and months I’ll be telling you how you can do that, as well as offering you my thoughts on writing and the book world.
Thanks so much for reading, and see you over in The Book Room!
Anna
Sorry: just read the drop ship post but can't find it here: Did you know that Royal Mail online will collect your parcel to post from your house for free? They'll even print the lable themselves.
Can't wait to watch your journey!
