I am so looking forward to welcoming you to tonight’s Write With Me club.
A reminder for those that have signed up – and those who are still undecided – we meet on Zoom on the first Monday of every month from 7pm-8pm BST. At midday on the day of each meeting, I will send out the Zoom details you need to join.
You will only receive these details if you are a member of White Ink, which means you pay £6 a month, or £45 a year – an annual membership works out more than 37% cheaper.
So what could this creative writing club possibly have to offer you?
• Firstly, and most importantly, a community. It is a way of meeting like-minded people from the comfort of your own home, and talking about writing.
• It will be a whole hour spent with me, someone who is writing books every day for a living, where you can ask me questions that may apply to your current work-in-progress, or an idea you may be wanting to work on.
• It also gives you accountability, we can set writing intentions in the group if you feel it might help and we will report back each month how we’ve got on with these. All of these things are optional, but many writers, myself included, find it really helpful to commit to a target as a way of making progress
• We will have a theme for each meet-up which will give you thoughts and exercises to take away and feedback on for the next group. This month the theme is writing people.
• It’s a nice supportive space which will help you write, set intentions, and learn from me, someone who has written Sunday Times bestselling books.
And of course, being a member not only gives you an hour a month with me to discuss writing and books, but you get full access to my entire archive including more than 25 posts by guest authors and essays from my personal life.
So for those who are already White Ink members, here are the details you need to log onto our zoom meeting tonight:
